Now that I’ve shown you how to square stitch in this post, I want to share an easy pattern to make yourself a square stitch chevron bracelet. The square stitch is very versatile. You can create a lot of cute patterns with this stitch. This is a beginner’s project because it’s simple and repetitive. A good way to get yourself comfortable with the stitch.
I chose these colors because it’s spring, but you can make it using any colors for your wardrobe. Use a darker thread for your project if you choose dark colored beads. That way the thread won’t show up as well.
I used 11/0 Delica seed beads for this bracelet. You can use any size seed beads you like. You can also make yours as wide or as narrow as you want it to be.
My son and new daughter’s wedding was recent, and staying busy with this simple stitch calmed my nerves. It also kept my hands out of the cookie jar!
I hope you enjoy this square stitch chevron pattern.
