Hi all! Is everybody getting prepared for this year’s Christmas? I’ve been working on it. Today I made some colorful bead napkin rings for our holiday table.
All you need is some jewelry wire and crimp beads. These are easily found at Michaels or Hobby Lobby. And whatever beads you want to use.
String your beads onto the wire in any combination you want.
Once you’ve put on all the beads you want, slide each end of the wire through the crimp bead, from opposite directions.
Here’s a closer view:
Then pull tight, and while holding it tightly, use your crimp tool to smash it closed. Crimp tools are relatively cheap at Hobby Lobby or Michaels.
Run the 2 wire ends through a couple of beads, then snip them off.
It couldn’t be any easier!
Later this month I’ll post my tablescape with these in them.
