Keeping my craft room organized is one of my biggest challenges. I’ve usually got several projects going at once, and the room looks like a tornado hit it. I follow my whim of the moment. Some times I feel like bead weaving a bracelet, but a little later I might get in the mood to sew while the bracelet sits unfinished. Then I get an itch to try something else. I typically have 5 to 6 projects going at once. Some are just ideas, and I start gathering all the supplies I’ll need for them.
With all this going on I try real hard to keep things in their place. With craft supplies that seem to keep multiplying, I try to come up with better ways to store and organize it. It’s a never ending process. Since I recently worked on a project that required felt, I thought I would show you where I keep it. These are old Sterlite drawers that are almost big enough. I keep what I call ‘girl colors’ in the top drawer, and what I call ‘boy colors’ in the 2nd drawer.
In the third drawer I keep freezer paper and Wonder Under that I often use when working with felt.
Easy to see and find.
How do you store your felt sheets?
