Hi All! All this week I’ll be showing how I’m decorating Easter Eggs – 6 ways. I’ll end the week with an Easter tablescape. The first set I did was yarn covered.
Start by putting a dab of hot glue on the top and resting the tip of my yarn into it. (I used a LOW temperature glue gun. I was afraid that high temperatures might melt the plastic egg.)
I swirled the yarn around and around, using the glue gun to hold it in place.
Here’s my older-than-Grandma-Moses egg platter with the first set of decorated eggs.
Three done, 21 to go. Onto the bead garland eggs.
I used the same technique.
After completing 3 eggs, I filled my egg platter.
Pretty and easy. 6 done, and 18 to go. Come back tomorrow for 6 more decorated eggs.
