If you need a dish for a pot luck, or a refreshing alternative to salad at dinner time, this recipe might fit the bill. Here’s your ingredients: cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, celery, green olives, and a bottle of your favorite Italian dressing.
Rinse and chop the cauliflower and brocolli into bite size pieces.
Chop about a cup’s worth of celery.
Shred a couple of carrots, and slice the green olives.
Pour a 16 ounce bottle of Italian dressing over and toss.
Put it in a sealed container and refrigerate over night. To make it even easier you can purchase pre-chopped vegetables. We’re having this tomorrow evening, and my mouth is watering.
