Obviously my hallway doesn’t get much light, but my peace lily does fine if I turn on the lamp for a few hours each day. It was getting too big to keep on the dresser, so I pieced together a quick plant stand.
I cut 2 pieces of scrap wood into 8″ x 8″ squares, then painted them white.
Then I attached the boards to four 3/4″ dowels with small L-brackets. Easy peasy.
I think the hallway is getting cozier. We just installed new ceiling lights, and once I get a couple more pieces of wall art up, I’ll post it later this week.
Here’s a collage of the progression. I don’t know if a designer would approve, but I’m liking it.
